Licensed as a General Contractor (B-General Building Contractor) and a Specialty Framing Contractor (C-5-Framing and Rough Carpentry) through the California State License Board (CSLB), an ICC Building Inspector's License, and with nearly 20 years of construction and remodeling experience, Jake provides enormous knowledge, skill and creativity to every single project. His enthusiasm for building led him to establish Silverman's Construction as a leader in traditional, high-class construction. Jake directs his staff to produce jobs on time, beyond expectations, and with assured long-term value.

Luke's business understanding has been an instrumental role in the development of Silverman's Construction. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Marketing from California State University of Los Angeles (CSULA) and years of construction experience, his focus on daily client communication and allying each project with the client's individual needs has allowed Luke to create a smooth experience for his clients and team members.
